I.
LOVED.
300!

:)
don't you love it when you watch a movie not expecting anything
but getting so much more in return?
*happycontentedsigh*

i loved every part of it.
from the overdramatisation of the gushing blood,
the bravery of the Spartans to the
disgusting transformation of Rodrigo Santoro.
we were really giggling throughout the whole movie.
:)

i love King Leonidas.

I would say don't expect TOO MUCH out of TMNT and Transformers. Somehow, I've just got a bad feeling I'd be disappointed.

i think this 'tmnt begins' will be better than the original first movie, since one of the creators of the original 80s comic (violent and with swearing) is involved in the show. though not as violent as the comics (no blood on leo's sword boo :( ), it wont be all fun and 'cowabunga' camp of the cartoon and earlier movies.

transformers isnt a comic adaptation, it's an 80s cartoon 'commissioned' by toymaker hasbro. i'm going to watch that but im keeping my expectations low, even if spielberg is executive director. i'm still having nightmares of the old masters of the universe movie, another 80s cartoon by toymakers. *shudder*

yea one of the bad things among the many bad things in the movie was that they moved away from grayskull to earth, where the producers shoehorned earth kids & ppl into the MOTU universe.

so looking at the transformers trailer, it's the same thing, but then again, meeting humans is part of the transformers storyline, so this josh duhamel better be good. :P
